He served as an expert witness regarding a corporate fraud case and a pension case in Arlington County Circuit Court, an estate asset valuation case in Madison County Circuit Court, and numerous U.S. Bankruptcy cases regarding taxation.
Art graduated from George Mason School of Law in December 1988. He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in April 1989 and waived into the District of Columbia Bar.
He is a member of the Alexandria Bar Association.
